Hi My Name is Natalie and I offer Paediatric First Aid training to Parents, Grandparents and carers of small children. I’m really passionate about first aid and my aim is to provide you with the knowledge and confidence of what to do in an emergency if your baby or child were to become ill or injured in  a relaxed and welcoming environment. Looking forward to meeting you all.

Libby Dixon – Pilates

Hi, I’m Libby and I offer Pilates classes in the Grasmere and South Lakes.  I am passionate about helping people to increase back and spine mobility and strength and of course core strength. I aim to improve postures, balance, body alignment, mobility and I focus on generally helping people to move freely. I work with functional Pilates movements and stretches; my classes are active and dynamic.

I have a range of participants – some who are very active, who run, cycle, play golf or regularly walk and some who generally want to increase mobility, movement and strength.

Pilates compliments a healthy active life.

“If your spine is inflexibly stiff at 30, you are old – if it is completely flexible at 60, you are young.”

I aim to provide fun, friendly & challenging workouts for all fitness levels. Being able to work with and include multiple age groups and fitness abilities is so important to me as the aim is for everyone to feel welcome and challenged at their own individual level.

It’s all about progress not perfection.

I’m looking forward to instructing a PILOXING session for you & bringing the burn.

Be happy, be healthy, be you.

Martin Summerfield – Anchorpoint Mindfulness

Anchorpoint Mindfulness was founded in 2014 when Martin decided to give up working as a manager in an outdoor centre and to follow his passion for delivering mindfulness to individuals and organisations. Martin has been using mindfulness for around 20 years in his own life and has built upon this personal experience through further professional training with Bangor and Oxford Universities. He is on the UK Register of Mindfulness Based Teachers.

Martin relishes exploring what mindfulness has to offer new clients and in new work environments.

His current clients include EDF (Nuclear) and Leeds Building Society. Martin still has a deep appreciation of the outdoors and has also recently begun to offer workshops introducing mindfulness into the outdoors.
